The room was nice and clean, and we had hot water in the shower. the location was convenient as we were near the airport and the city center. One advantage was that we did not have to deal with too much traffic noise as the hotel was not on a main road.

the staff was unhelpful when we required medical assistance and had claimed they had a doctor available 24/7. We were also frustrated with the limited options on the room service menu.
